So far so good. I have a solar pump for a fountain that doesn't have an automatic shutoff. I spliced this right into the power line and installed the float in a Pvc tube, and it's been working great for a few weeks now. It is exposed to outdoor weather conditions, so far without problem.Important note, my pump is a 10 Watt pump, just about 0.5 amps. This is the limit for direct wiring this switch. Anything more would probably burn out the switch contacts. We'll see how long it holds up over time with 0.5 Amp switching current.

Items arrived in a bubble pack envelope. These appear to be too flimsy for such casual packaging. One float was dented and the magnet inside was rattling. This resulted in intermittent switching. The other float switched well in the stock NC position, but was intermittent in the required NO position with reversed float. Appeared to be a sticking or poorly positioned reed switch. I returned with good service from Amazon and will try a different style of float switch.
