This is the perfect pan for the America's Test Kitchen air fryer cheesecake recipe. Its tall enough to accommodate the cheesecake with a thick oreo cookie crust and still fit within your air fryer. I've had another pan that wasn't this tall and started to rust along the rim. Don't cheap out on a pan! This is the one you want.

I made a cheesecake in this pan. Well I thought I did and it leaked through the bottom and destroyed the oven and the cake.

If you are having spills, make sure yours isn’t dented in shipping. Other than that it does exactly what I needed it for. Use a warm wet towel on the outside or parchment paper inside to nicely release your cake.

This was for an ice cream cake. My mom turned 90. She loves peach ice cream, so we had our local ice cream shop make her very own ice cream cake that she could nibble on for a few days. She absolutely loved it. We purchased additional accessories like a special cake topper and a beautiful laser cut personalized card. The spring cake pan was just the perfect size for a couple of servings! Love it!
