Hoosier Hill Farm Worcestershire Sauce Powder, 1.5LB (Pack of 1)

I use this so many ways it's not even funny. It's an ingredient in marinade and rubs for my roasts, both Texas and Cincinnati style chili, taco meat, and in my brown graves and my own steak sauce. Excellent flavor and aroma at a great price.

This is exactly what it claims to be. A beautiful wish to share taste. I’ve used it for so many things definitely worth it.

I hadn't heard of powdered Wosterchestershire sauce, but bought this to check it out. It's exactly what they say it is, W sauce powdered so that you can put it in BBQ rubs and things like that. I would warn anyone first time buyers that the powder is VERY fine, and it is a bit intense, so don't be dumb like me and as soon as it comes open it up and sniff it. That will not be pleasant. Just taste it instead. It is a great addition to rubs for the smoker, I've now added it to my usual pork rub. This is a pretty big tub, so it'll go a long ways. That's nice because I like to be pretty liberal with my dry rubs. It definitely tastes like W sauce. Good umami.

Great for making dry rubs, but not as good as Lea & Perrins Worcestershire..

This product seems quite good. It's not Lea and Perrins, but nothing else is. My only real complaint is that there's no mixing ratio I could find on that package, so it's hard to know how much powder to use with how much water to get the expected strength of worcestershire sauce. Other than that little frustration, I highly recommend it.

If you like W-sauce as a background flavor (a/k/a me), the taste is exactly the same with the ability to control flavor. There are instructions on the container to have your liquid version. It’s perfect for those of us who like to create dry homemade seasonings and rubs.

I bought this powder to add to my pub burgers and steak. I find its easy to use and you can add water to make the sauce. It has a pleasant flavor like your high end bottle brands.

I love it! Good in dry rubs, meatballs, hamburgers. I'm using it almost every days and hopefully they will have some more on stock so I could order it again.

This is an exciting product for times when the liquid version won't sufficiently season food. I use it when preparing ribs for our home smoker or when I sous vide steak and lamb prior to grilling. Versatile and flavourful.

keep a small measuring spoon in the container and give it a shake once in awhile so it doesn't solidify - but it's tasty stuff and will last me a long time
