hatch red chili is the bomb... it is delicious! the flavor and the aroma of this chili is pure delight to my senses. after i made the best chili ever with hatch red chili i relaxed and had the benefits of chili aromatherapy for hours. being italian, i love my home to either smell like italian or mexican cuisine. i always add a bulb of garlic not just a few cloves. spicier the better :)

Love that we can get powdered Hatch chile. We find that the flavor is mild and we need to be generous when adding to recipes in order to get the Hatch flavor to come through.

The his is my favorite red chili. Just enough spice without the ghost burn. Perfect intensity.
