Japanese Vocabulary for JLPT N5: Master the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5

Excellent for learning Japanese
This is truly a wonderful book for learning Japanese. I had used Duolingo for about 5 months and while somewhat successful, I did not know how to make proper sentences. Each word in this vocabulary book has a sentence to show how the word is used. I have found the example sentences extremely useful, learning a lot by studying the sentence structure. Because both the Kanji and Furigana characters are included, I have also started to recognize many more Kanji characters than I had in the past.

Very good!
This book even has a link for the mp3 version. You can read and listen to the pronunciation at the same time.

Great For Studying
This is PERFECT for going over vocabulary for the exam. There are some slight mistranslations, but they're hardly consequential.

Good content, but could be better organized
There are a LOT of vocab words in this book and they are going to be useful. However it would be bette if they were organized in some fashion (verbs, body parts, colors, etc…). That would really make ingesting and practicing way easier.

You need all 4 books
Total of $50+ to order everything you need to know for the JLPT N5 exam...I should've done more research before purchasing. Order a workbook instead of any of these books as writing will help with memory more than just this. I will be using a notebook to record everything from the books.I will try to update after I take the exam.
