Proactiv Acne Body Bar- Salicylic Acid Cleanser And Acne Treatment, Face and Body Wash Acne Soap Bar- 4.5oz

As I’ve been getting older I’ve noticed I’ve been getting acne breakouts on my back, chest and stomach. I’ve tried many different soaps and creams to no avail. I broke down and finally paid the price and tried proactive. After the first week I noticed my back and chest clearing up and by week 3 all the acne had cleared up. The only downside is it smells like hotel bar soap and leaves my skin feeling a little waxy right after use but goes away after drying off. This may not work for everyone but it worked great for me!!!

I needed facial soap that would cleaner away dirt, but not dry my face out. The bar has been perfect! It has worked very well. My skin is clear and it is lasting a fairly long time.

This Proactiv Acne Body Bar with 2% Salicylic Acid seems to be helping somewhat with back acne my son gets and wasn’t treating any differently than the rest of his body. He’s using it only on his back and waits a minute or so before rinsing. After a month of use, the acne looks like it’s drying out some and appears calmer and less inflamed so it’s less noticeable. It may be helping simply because he’s paying more attention to the acne area, but either way he seems to get some benefit from using this soap. The acne hasn’t magically disappeared, but a rinse off product can only help so much and I feel that adding a leave on product after his shower would help even more. But this soap does seem like a good first step that’s improving his acne without being harsh or irritating, with the caveat that he only uses this on his back as he had severe eczema when younger and has sensitive skin. This bar will last him a long time. Other than fragrance, the ingredients look pretty good. Like it. 4 stars. Active ingredient: Salicylic acid 2%. Inactive ingredients: Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Water, Glycerin, Sodium Gluconate, Palm Acid, Fragrance, Sodium Chloride, Titanium Dioxide, Bambusa Arundinacea Stem Extract, Palm Kernel Acid, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Opuntia Ficus-Indica Seed Oil.

Love this soap for after exercise. Hard to find something that works this well without drying out my skin. I will be reordering this product for sure

I love this soap sadly it only lasted me a month & it’s unavailable does anyone know of one that is similar to this one? It worked immediately after using !!!

Love this bar of soap a little expensive but well worth it!
