How many bombs does it make?

One 70mm mold makes 3 half spheres. So 1 1/2 bombs per fill.

where can I buy more "flexible parts"? i need more of the inner silicone peaces

That I am aware of, they do not sell these pieces separately. You'd need to purchase the entire mold once again

How do you use these ?

Fill bottom mold to line with chocolate, place silicone insert into the mold and then add the top mold. Press until you see the chocolate rise to the rim. Flip mold over place in freezer 5-10 mins. Others have videos showing step by step process on YouTube.

My chocolate won't come out of the mold what am I doing wrong?

Leave it in freezer longer and make sure u loosen chocolate around the rim.
