Do these have a cotton crotch ?

The entire panty is 5% spandex and 95% cotton. Which as good as I have been able to find for mostly cotton. The crotch is the same material as the rest of the panty.

Is there a white crotch?

No, they come in the color of the overall fabric, but there is a white panty included in most packages, hope that helps
