These patches are wonderful. Two things to be aware of : 1. Patch material thinner than other OTC patches we have used. No bifurcation in center of clear plastic backing, so patch comes off in one piece. That being said, I did figure out how to apply to my lower lumbar spine area by myself when my husband wasn't available. 2. Patch sticks MUCH better than others. I didn't have to secure with tape before going to bed. Was still in place next morning.My husband and I both highly recommend and will purchase again.

These patches work really well for the arthritis in my shoulder. I've tried other patches but they would always come off whenever I moved around. These do not have that problem at all. They are incredibly sticky and stay exactly where you put them. I learned the hard way that you cannot just rip them off. I take a hot wet cloth and cover the patch for about a minute and then it comes off easily.

I've used all the different lidocaine patches. The problem with them was never how well the lidocaine works but how well the patch stuck.These stick really well. I am going to say don't put them on a hairy spot and be careful when you pull them off, you might take a little skin with it.They even stay on in the shower and the lidocaine works quite well.But don't get them wet and then peel them off, the fabric portion will come off but the glue will stay on. Take them off BEFORE you get them wet.I use them for sciatic pain and my husband uses them for his knee. HE really likes them. But watch out for the hair when you pull them off.

Small. Stuck to my skin.. it tore some of my skin off...do not use..plus I got a bad rash on my shoulder from it

this is an effective product as far as medication and adhesion. But please be aware that the adhesion may be too much. When I removed the patch, it took off a little bit of my skin. I am 74 years old and I have thinner skin because of my aging

I have used twice on lower back. This product is by far the best stick there is. All others work from 1-4 hours at best. Worse when warm and sweating. This product will stick until removed. Lidocaine effect is still uncertain. It works for 3-4 hours. Need to try a third time to confirm. It might be slightly less than others. But sticking makes it the best.

Yes these patches worked very well and helped my knee with the issue I had.

Really thin and smaller than other lidocaine pain patches. Would peel on the edges after a while and I couldn't really feel the pain relief other than using to "wrap my leg".
