My fiance has had breast cancer three times and ovarian cancer (diagnosed at stage 4). Many people seem to think that if you get cancer, get cured and live 5 years, that you have beaten cancer. As a Vietnam combat Marine, I know a little about surviving and wearing ribbons to show some places that you have been. I used Awareness Products warehouse's Teal Multi Ribbon Antiqued Style Charm on Leather Bracelet (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FQ5GSH8/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_41) as a base. This bracelet, though simple, is elegant. The idea was to mark wins (i.e. staying alive). The multiple cancer commemerative market seems to be non existent, so you have to make your own. [I am also familiar with adapt, adjust, overcome]. I added Bling jewelry's breast cancer Awareness Pink Ribbon Survivor Bead (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00D5V7YLO/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_45 ) and this charm to create a cancer battle ribbon. All the breast cancer charms are 925 silver. She has her battle ribbons, including the fifth one that says "survivor". She loves it, her friends are impressed and when I see it, I feel pretty lucky, because not everybody wins at this cancer game.

Since Pandora does not make Armed Services charms, I used Amazon to locate USN charms. This one received high stars, though I okay with the quality, and detail. I'll let my Aunt decide for herself after she unwraps it. After purchasing several charms for my Aunt & Sister's pandora bracelets that Pandora does not carry, and purchasing 3 charms from 3 different companies on line, I would rather drive to Hartville Maket, OH which they carry all the top designer charms, beads, bracelets in their show cases, for detail and quality that you can see up close and personal.- John's Wife

I actually purchased the autism charm as I teach kids with special needs. Item arrived earlier than specified. Item was as described.

The charm was on the small side. Other than that, it is a really nice charm.

This is cute, and does look like the picture. But I need to mention that it is rather small. It is not a thick bead and sits lower than the real Pandora beads on the bracelet.

I chose this bead in honor of my sister whom has cancer, but not in the breast.I like that with the work "HOPE" on it can stand for more than just breast cancer.I wish it were a little larger, but it works well on my bracelet and arrived in the time frame it was promised.The 927 silver didn't aggravate my nickel allergy,

I just recently joined the land of the charm bracelet-wearers (LOL), and I decided to choose charms (or beads as some people call them) that represent my family members. I was very happy to find this one, because one of my family members was in the Air Force. The charm fits my KOHL'S bracelet perfectly, and looks great!

I really like this bead. It's sterling silver with a solid core. I've uploaded some pictures so you can see how I used it and combined it with other pink ribbon and pink beads in general. I would recommend. I've had it over a year and none of the stones have fallen out.
