Great elliptical hybrid. It can be built by one person on the box they indicated better with 2 people . The reason is when it comes time to connect the cable for resistance . Make sure you extend the cabel all the way you do this with the resistance dial . When it comes time for this part if your doing it by your self just lay it on its side have something to keep it partially propped up so it doesn't lay all they way down to the ground. The other big help was asking Rufus the Ai For a video on full assembly step by step . It was a very simple process. Except when you connect the resistance cable just be patient you will connect it. My wife absolutely loves this . Good quality so no worries on that end . Price at a very fair price.

I have been using this Elliptical for three days. I wanted a full body, upper and lower body workout. @81 yrs, I thought the seat would be helpful as I tired out to rest and then stand for the ellipitcal part. It turns out, I get a better workout for upper & lower body while sitting. The best thing so far is that I am using it and getting exercise. Due to back issues and low hemoglobin, I sit too much. But 10 min on this machine is a work out. I moved up to 20 sporadic minutes today. I recommend hiring someone to put it together if you are not brilliant. I am so happy that I have this equipment. I feel like I have found the best exercise equipment for me. I am finally doing real needed exercise to help myself become stronger, have more energy and be a more able person. I want to be able to visit and walk around various historical sites.

Great value, love it doesn't take up much space. Very quiet and smooth. I'm 60-ish and like the idea of being able to sit when I need to. Quality is great. Would definitely recommend. Quite the work out for sure, but can start slow and build up stamina.

For the money, it’s pretty good. Unfortunately part of the bottom plastic piece was broken (probably in transit) but duct tape helps. Fits well in a small space, functions well. Surprisingly comfortable when used in sitting. Definitely use 2 people and the video to assemble.

This cross trainer elliptical is great, and the value for the price is very good. I ride it every day for at least 30 minutes. It’s quiet and fairly compact. The residence levels are good, I haven’t actually needed to make it harder to ride. It was fairly easy to put together but you need two people. No way one person can put it together. The instructions aren’t always correct, as it says to leave a few bolts loose but never tells you go back to tighten them later on. So after some use some of the bolts came loose and that wasn’t a good thing. I’m leaving this 3 stars because after riding it there’s always a trail of metal shavings left on the ground below it. I have to vacuum that up every time, as I don’t want metal shavings in my foot or in the dogs’s paws.

So far so good. It was difficult hooking up the tension wires. But once done, the rest of assembly went well. Definitely a good workout for beginners and older people.

We had the Sunny Glider, which I believe is more suitable for beginners. I was looking for an elliptical, but our workout space has low ceilings (77 inches), so it was challenging to find one that would work. This one fit the bill! It’s very well made and the stride length (12.5 inches) makes it perfect for our space. My husband is 5’9 and he can use it without his head hitting the ceiling (he has a few inches of clearance at the highest point). It has adjustable resistance and a heart rate monitor, which is very nice. The movement is very quiet and smooth. Of course, it’s not at all like an elliptical you’d find at a gym, but for the price, we are very satisfied. You’ll get a great workout and it’s also nice to have the option to use it as a stationary bike. I really like Sunny products a lot. We have their Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RW1205 Rowing Machine Rower and Sunny Health & Fitness Squat Assist Trainer, which are also excellent for our home gym set up, as they fold up (this one doesn’t but it has wheels to make it easy to move around). I highly recommend this machine, especially if you have low ceilings.

This is for beginners! It's not difficult to assemble. When connecting the little metal cable make sure the tension knob is all the way at its lowest position to make the cable extend out form the tube more. This will make your job much easier. Takes about 1 hour with two people. Ask your wife to help! There is a YouTube video on how to put it together. Just search the brand and model number. Be sure to read the red writing on the video. It's important!
