For me, nothing but heat for my hands. These work really good for me. They adhere well, they warm up slowly and perfectly for me and they work beyond the heat to calm the ache of my fingers. I love them. The design is super ugly now and they are a bit smaller then before, but they work for me, so...😁

The only thing I don’t like about it is a few times I have felt a burning feeling, only once was it enough for me to take it off. I felt like after one use the pain was significantly better, it stays in place and sticks well.

I read the reviews they weren’t very many but they were all very positive so I decided can’t hurt not only is the price amazing but this is literally the best painkiller patches that I have ever came across. It took about a half hour for it to start to work but the rest of the day for 12 hours. I had no pain in my knee whatsoever. I used it on my lower back same exact experience. These patches are literally a miracle, I will never be out of these ever in my whole life and I will recommend them to anybody who asks and people that don’t ask an absolute must try you won’t regret it best painkiller on the market no odor and they stay on where you put them they don’t come off Thank you for such an amazing product. I am truly grateful.

It didn't stop the pain in my shoulder as I thought it would.

Bought for my daughter for Achilles tendinitis while playing sports. Tried several patches- none of which warmed at all. Waste of money.
