The recipes read very clearly and the ones I am interested in seem to contain complete information on how to prepare the dish. The colorful photos are helpful in motivating me to try the recipes and to check how my preparation compares with the chefs. I have several Polish cookbooks, including Zuza Zak's, and this one should be a top choice for everyone. My other favorite is an old one from mom's collection that was inexpensive and is now out of print. Buy this one! You won't be disappointed. Order early--mine was shipped fro Szczecin, Poland.

Recipes sound good, but haven't used it much

My great-grandparents came to the U.S. from Lomza Poland in 1905. I wanted to be able to create the meals they knew and loved, and this cookbook has everything! The recipes are easy to follow, and the photos are great! We love watching Polish Your Kitchen on YouTube with Anna and Mark! They have allowed me to see how beautiful Poland is!

I am polish and wanted to teach my kids recipes. My family never taught me how to cook our traditional recipes. This book was very helpful and brought back memories from my childhood.

What a beautiful beautiful book. Thank you Anna. This has brought back so many memories to me. The last vigilia I had in Poland was shortly before my babcias passing. We had all the Christmas trimmings. This book has now a special place in my kitchen so I can cook and bake all the goodies I remember from my childhood.

This is, perhaps, the nicest Polish cookbook I've seen.While it is not as comprehensive as, say, the Strybel "Bible" of Polish cooking, this book certainly has plenty of classic dishes. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.A perfect gift.
