Really good quality, but too heavy for my injured shoulder (bursitis and rotator-cuff tear). Unfortunately I won't be able to use it until my shoulder is better, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Pro: comes in a nice drawstring bag so it's easily stowed away, smells nice, fits snugly(!), very comfortableCon: Only 1 in my opinion...The pad seems to stay colder for a longer period of time then it does when heated (warm for about 20 min. vs cold for at least 30).I may have to heat it up longer to get the heat to last longer. The moist heat is very nice though.

Use this for my neck and it doesnt stay hot long at all. Maybe 20 min

I fell and hurt my neck and left shoulder. I love the way it feels; both the softness and the warmth of the wrap. The way it fits around my neck and shoulder is very comfortable. I was a little concerned about how it would fit on me as I am not a petite woman. But as it turned out, it fits quite nicely. I highly recommend this product.
