Although the steel sheet pan with the silicone liner is great for cookies, when used for a one-pan meat & veggie meal, it warps significantly. This makes it a bit more difficult to grab with hot pads when you need to flip food half way through. With cookies, it's fairly lightweight so one hand will work on the raised corner. When it cools, the steel pan flattens again. Not sure if all steel sheet pans would warp it is worth it to me to avoid cooking on aluminum.

We needed smaller trays for our dishwasher. These are fine trays, but have two issues:- Unlike thicker-material trays we've used in the past, these will warp coming out of the oven. BE CAREFUL if you are making something that will have hot drippings like bacon!- The racks intended to insert into the trays themselves don't fit perfectly- they have to be inserted at a slight angle. It's not a deal-breaker but it makes everything feel less stable and cheaper quality.

Perfect fit for my counter top oven.The actual pan is thinner than I expected, but nit so thin where it's flimsy. The rack is very sturdy and the mat is an added bonus.The only complaint I hace is that when received, the pan is covered with a very thin plastic. It is very hard to get off because it isembedded in the fold of the lip. I had to use tweezers to get as much if it off as I could.I will be cooking bacon on this today. Will report vack how it goes.

I bought this item for my new Oster toaster oven. It fits beautifully. The length is such that I can use this item in place of an oven rack. I LOVE the included mat and baking rack. However, the baking rack scratched the sides of the pan during shipping. At first it appeared to only be an aesthetic defect. Unfortunately, those scratch marks are now beginning to rust and I’ve only had the product for 2 days. It’s a great product, but the shipping method needs to be rethought and redesigned.

I used it one time & it warped, if that is what happens when it pops in the oven and no longer lays flat. The silicone mat is ok, but really not needed for me. The best part is the rack; I use this to make bacon or meatballs, but with another sheet. Oh well...

This set is so versatile that I find myself reaching for it on almost a daily basis. It works great when I am seasoning meat since it helps keep it up off of the surface. It is also easy to clean. I think the only downside for me is that there are times that I wish it was larger or that they offered a larger version. Highly recommended!

I ordered this particular set because it had everything I needed, plus a larger size Baking sheet.....Baking Sheet/Silcone Mat/Cooling Rack. Very nice set. It isn't as heavy as I thought it would be, however, it works nicely. So far I haven't had any issues with warping. I haven't had to cook at extremely high heat as of yet. When I don't use the silicone mat, I line with parchment paper. No complaints. I definitely recommend this set.

Rack was worth 5 stars, tray 2. Tray was a lot flimsier than I had hoped, buckled when in the oven, did not go flat when cool. Bought because size is perfect for Breville Air Oven. Silicone sheet is nice, but secondary. Be very meticulous about removing protective plastic film from tray, seems to be applied before the tray is cut and formed.
