ELLO&ALLO LED Shower Panel Tower System, Hydroelectricity Display Rain Massage with Jets, Brushed Black

I’m a shower snob. I’ll almost always pay more for a hotel just based on what I know about their shower heads. So, when we remodeled our master bath, I was on a mission to find the absolute perfect shower head. Found it!This system, with its multiple settings and very sleek look, is everything I wanted. We love the temperature control and watching the LED screen get up to temperature is just flat cool. The main setting we use is the overhead “rain” setting. I was quite nervous the first time I turned it on because I have to have the water pressure strong to really like it. I was ecstatic to feel the water beating down on my head! The “massage” part of the description is accurate. The waterfall setting is awesome as well. I’ve found combinations I really love. As an added bonus ( if you want to call it that) I’ve had to give my dog a bath after a muddy romp in the back yard. The handle and hose feature made that much much easier than the old bath tub method.I thought the blue LED lights were a bit overkill in the cool department until I found the best use for them. Was a long day, feeling like crap and wanted a hot shower. Bathroom Lights off and only the blue shower LEDs on. Most relaxing shower of my life.Just so no one thinks I work for the manufacturer, I will say that most will find that the handheld wand and middle jets feel cheap. They’re made of plastic and will remind you why this cost around $200 instead of $500. Function is just fine though.I’ve seen reviews say the LED lights work on a battery that can only be changed by taking the system off the wall. Um...no. There’s a turbine inside hooked to a tiny generator that uses water power to charge and light up the lights. Not exactly sure how that works but it sure is cool!It’s been about a month now that we’ve had it and I love this thing! If we ever sell this house, it’s coming with me! (Probably not, but I’d buy another one.) I suppose if something happens down the road I’ll update this review, but this shower snob is one happy dude!JANUARY 17, 2020It's just over a year since we purchased this unit and it has sprung a leak. Water sprayed everywhere in our shower and down the wall behind where it was mounted. I get it, things happen. BUT after three attempts to reach the company and two discussions with Amazon, I've had no solution. The product says it has a two year warranty and I'm well within that. Emails have gone unreturned and the phone number for customer service is in China and not a working number. This was awesome while it lasted, but the pain in the butt this has been might just overshadow how much I liked this unit.

I have had this shower panel for 5 years. I have had very few issues with it. The only major issue is the plastic part that fits (i.e. the plastic grommets) into the shower head has over the years deteriorated as one would expect. Some of the grommets have split causing water to shot in different directions. I emailed the company to see if I could buy a replacement part (I sent them a picture of the part) instead of having to replace the entire panel. They sent me a replacement part that fit perfectly at no cost. I feel their customer service went above and beyond what I expected!

I bought this last year and installed it in our guest bathroom and everyone loved it. So ordered the same one (or so I thought) when we were remodeling our kid's bathroom, but they changed the design and we didn't like it.Size - the old one was about 55 inches tall. The new one is only 48 inches. So the unit has to be mounted lower for the body spray to be at the right height, but then the shower head is just a couple of inches above your head.Features - in the old one you could use two features simultaneously, like shower and hand spray or body spray and water fall etc. The new one doesn't have that, only one water feature at a time. Even though they both look the same and have the same three knobs they work different.Build quality - the old one had very nice stainless steel finish and looks new to this day. The new one is noticeably lighter and the digital display minutes counter stopped working within a day of installing. And the surface of the unit had water stains in the 5-6 days we used it (while getting a replacement). The material quality has definitely gone down.We returned it.

This is a really good bang for the buck. The first thing I did when I got it was to inspect it for all parts. It didn't have any thread on the cold water hose, and after several hours of looking (I thought there was something wrong with my vision,) I realized they didn't send the shower head. I contacted the seller, and after two days they emailed me with a request for a photo, I'm not very good with current technology, but was able to send to them the photo of the cold water hose with its smooth no-thread one. They contacted me via email again saying they'll send one. I then decided that because I had the contractor here about to install the shower, to contact Amazon regarding the missing shower head. Amazon was very to the point, told me they'll send a completely new shower unit at no charge to me, and I got it within two days. All parts intact.So the first thing you do when ordering this, is thorough inspection to make sure you have all parts. Now installing this shower is a bear. It took my contractor (a well seasoned fella) about 4 hours to get it all in, and he had to run to Ace a couple of times to get parts to make the shower work. So be prepared. Once this is installed, there's nowhere in the packaging telling you which knob is which. I literally had to get in the shower and turn knobs on to see what each one is doing. The middle one is to turn the water on, the one above is for the hand held wand, and so on. Once I established that, I must say I enjoyed this shower tremendously. It's lots of fun and has a very good stream. All the knobs and nozzles that make it look like a spaceship are working well, and the LED lights make you whistle the theme from Third Encounter. Very nice price point, and very nice shower.As soon as my contractor has fully recovered from installing this shower, I'll buy another one and have him install it in the master bath.

only downside My water pressure is low and I'm not getting the full benefit of this system yet.I'm looking into ways to increase my water pressure to this shower. I'll figure something out .Vey easy to use and I actually like the water fall setting.Update. There is a water reducer on the system I didn’t know about. Took out the washer that was the flow reducer and just love this shower now even more.

Super douche 1 peu de souci lors de l’installation mais très très satisfaits une bonne pression constante et j’ai suis en campagne donc mon eau viens d’un puit et non de la ville bien satisfait

Excelente compra llego a tiempo solo un detalle si necesita una bomba de presión para q pueda servir correctamente por q sin esa bomba si sale el agua pero no con demasiada presión cómo se requiere

Do not purchase this shower. It worked great in the beginning but a year later the water generator has failed. I have emailed the manufacturer a few times and have yet to get a reply. There is no after purchase support at all. There is supposed to be 2 years warranty but that's not the case. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM
