works great for recovery from the gym and sports!
Works amazingly! The Battery life isn’t the best that I’ve seen, but it definitely gets the job done! Not the most portable compared to some of the smaller massage guns that I’ve used, but not a huge deal. Definitely helps with sore muscles and aches and is easy and straightforward to use! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This thing works great for my tight back and neck from office work. I can't figure out how to get the heater to work, that connector definitely needs a better design.

Great massager but died
3rd update. They couldn't send it so they told me to have it sent to the next motel. I would get an email and tracking number when it was sent. Never got an email and i figured they screwed up again. hotel didn't mention it. So emailed them and they gave me a tracking number that it was sent to hotel but they never told me. So called hotel and they were a pain about sending it to me so they sent it back. Now customer service doesn't know when they can deliver it and wanted a non hotel address. And they said they can't tell exactly when it would be delivered And they are blaming g me for their bs. I gave Them persons address o will be at in 4 days and they haven't responded. Great item bur hope you don't have to deal with customer service2nd update. It died less than a year. Power button won't turn off. I am on the road and initially they said 5to 10 days. But they called back and said would send it to a motel today or tomorrow. Today has passed, no email from them. Hopefully they have it at the hotel I will be at tomorrowUpdate: they sent the replacement within a week. It started charging the first time I plugged it in. It works great. Decided to keep it, but I wonder why their customer service doesn't know their products. It’ s probably just a call service.Works great. Use it for my son before hockey, and for me. Day 2: Tried to charge it on and off. Doesn’t say in directions. No indicator of charging. Called company. Said charge it turned on. After a while, turned itself off. No charge increase. Called back. Told directions didn’t say. Person asked if I had the directions. Explained again. She then read the directions which she had, which was identical to my directions. Which also did not tell about the charging. She looked it up and said charge it turned off. Took to another outlet, told her no light anywhere plugged in. She asked if there was a light on the back. Told her again, no light anywhere. Then she said defective. Would get a label in 2 days, Send it back then 7 days later would get a replacement. Then plugged it in again after hung up and it started charging. Something is defective. Long wait for replacement. Was recommended this company by acupuncturist for their vibration plate. It’s pretty expensive so tried this first. Glad I did. That is way more expensive. Customer service is questionable. Deciding if I want to explore a competitor and just send it back or trust them and wait for another one.
