More effective than the flat panels and shapes. Nicer than the 3D bumpy hexagons, too.
These diffusers are more effective than flat panels. They look better than those 3D hexagons, too. In fact I removed my hexagons after a while. They were too "techy" and had a gamer's aesthetic. These are nice for an office studio.I hope these are restocked in more colors (and a bigger size?). Contact me manufacturer- I have ideas ;)

No smell.........uh huh
So, I never considered smell being something to worry about in my sound diffusion/absorption. When I saw "no smell" in the description, I was like "OK good". I put my nose right on some triangles when they arrived "ah so their telling the truth". I first attached these to pegboard with Velcro so, that way I'd be able to reconfigure if needed or wanted. I used two adhesive sided strips of Velcro for the back side of each triangle. A few days later, triangles began letting go. Not the HookLoop part but, the sticky side to triangle. After thinking it through and as a last resort I felt the need to use "nano glue" shipped with the triangles. Well, it was a lot less cutting, for the Velcro came in rolls. This panel I created, sits on the back of my love seat and leans against the wall temporarily in my 2channel music room. It'll be mounted soon, around six inches from my head. A couple days after rebuilding my panel I start to smell an odor that couldn't be healthy, it's a strong glue smell. Wondering where it comes from. I put my nose closer to the diffusion and said "oh hell". While the diffusion has no stink, the "nano glue" used to attach triangles, kills brain cells or at least from what I was told in third grade. So, if you use the supplied glue, the no smell description is off. Right now, the panels are sitting in my very hot garage airing out, I hope. While it's hard to comment on its diffusion properties, it absorbs AMAZINGLY well. Much better than recent absorbers I've built using sound absorption insulation, which were effective but, not as. While sitting in the seat, if I turn an ear towards the panel. You can easily tell it's much much more quiet. So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed with this one. For what seems to be cool looks and valuable sound properties. The panel I had built "cooked" in my garage for a week or so in July heat. The Nano Glue smell has disappeared, hopefully for good.

It doesn’t come in squares you have to use strips to make a square time consuming but ok product

Good low costs solution to treat room acoustic
This diffusor is a very good low costs solution to treat some of the room acoustic issue. The fibrous material is more or less absorb than diffuse the sound but it works better than the 0.4 inch thick panel to control the sound bouncing off the wall. The adhesive pads come with the diffusors are very good to hold the diffusor in shape and attaching to the wall but it may be too strong so it would pull off a little bit of the wall finishes when I tried to pull it off to make adjustment. Since this diffusor is made of the similar fibrous sound absorbent panel so the lesser adhesion 3M adhesive pads won't hold this diffusor to the wall. I have to use both adhesive pads for each diffusor which does the job without falling off the wall since the installation 3 weeks ago.

Can't believe I spent $49 for a single 24x24 square
I didnt go through the pictures until after receiving because I was in shock I just paid $49 for a single panel 24" x 24" of hard felt. Sure enough you dont get 36 pieces of 24"x24" panels you get ONE 24x24 and you bend the little felt pieces and form those into a single panel. These are too expensive for what they are. CRAFT STORE HARD FELT. thats all. Also, they don't seem to help but maybe thats because you dont get enough for your money.

Neat little sound triangles
I took a chance on getting these diffusion and sound taming squares since I bought some of the sound control panels made out of the same material and I like them both so far. The individual triangles that you fold and attach allows you to customize the installation and pattern easily. I installed a series of them on the wall between my JBL studio monitors and they have tamed the sound in a natural way without deadening the sound too much.
