I tried these recently for my elderly dad, who is bed bound and has dementia. My only regret is that I didn't try them sooner. They fit really well and truly last a good 6-8 hrs. They absorb well so that he doesn't feel wet during the night. He and I both are getting a good night's sleep. The side tabs are stretchable, which helps to get a secure fit. The tabs can be opened and reattached. I'm just pleased all the way around with these. Will definitely buy again.

This is the best and the only overnight incontinence brief we will ever purchase again. It works beautifully for my husband who has a big urinary incontinence at night. They are kind of a nuisance to have to fit the tabs to the waist but they are well worth the trouble. They're the only way I don't have to wash the bed linens every day.

Absorbency is debatable, so is leaking. Quality loss is obvious over time. They used to be better. Still, it's kind of ok if you use another brief on top. I will purchase again, since the competition is not really better.

My Mom used this brand in the hospital. So superior to the super Tena brand ones I bought in the store. Wider padding coverage front and back and stretchy wide tabs at the side are fabulous. No leaks and they stayed in place all night. Highly recommend and will buy again.

They seem to me meant for longer waisted persons ..although the padding is sufficient..the thin material above needs to be folded down so it gathers a lot of excess material at the top making them a little uncomfortable

These are some of the best we have found, and we use with a booster pad, but still usually leak overnight, my Dad is a side sleeper. I ordered again on August 7, still haven't received and it's the 18th. It took a week for them to even leave the factory, so I'm hopeful they will show up in the next few days, although it is the weekend now. So if you order these, don't count on the delivery window that's given.
