I have had torn cartilage in my knee since 2020 recently had it operated on, I tried every single pain killer, gell, and spray available over the counter, non of them worked! It would wake me up every night aching, therefore when someone recommended these to me I didn't hold out much hope. I have to say they are by far the best thing for my knee pain I have ever used, put one on at bet time sleep although the night with not even a niggle, also lasts most of the day! CAN'T RECOMMENDED THESE ENOUGH if I could rate them 10 stars I would. Just a warning they have a very strong herbal smell which in my opinion is a small price to pay

Got them for my wife's knee,found the smell strong but no pain relief at all totally useless ,not buying again would be better if gave out heat.Tried myself found after few minutes felt a warm glow but the odd smell remained even so "ill be back " for more later

Have osteo in both knees , waiting on word re knee replacements. Pain has been tough of late and trying my hardest not to touch Ibuprofen etc. Really tough going from sitting to standing and horrifying attempting stairs ! Applied these patches to right knee and pain relief gel to left . Went to bed ,got up and other than stiffness in the right knee …it’s virtually pain free ,while the left is still in a lot of pain . Have NO idea how these work ,but they absolutely do (for me !) 12 hours later the two patches are still on and I’m sat anticipating the pain coming back . Nothing ! Smell isn’t THAT unpleasant and if you’re in pain ,let’s face it your only focus is getting rid of that pain , not “smells “ Not a single clue what it is in the ingredients that work But they do ! Arrived quickly and I am absolutely over the moon at the results ! Give them a go .

Seem to help a little for my 92 year old father in law who has osteoporosis in his knees they do adhere very well to the skin but to tend to roll up at night under sleepwear

I suffer from fibromyalgia, ME and arthritis. I bought with high expectations after reading reviews. On opening the package the smell was overwhelming. The ingredients a blend of oils rarther than pharmaceutical grade. After less than an hour why skin began get get painful like a reaction to the ingredients, the heat was like a stinging or burn not a warm heat patch. When I did try to remove the patch it nearly ripped my skin off. Totally waste of money and now left with worse pain and knees than before using.
