Great midi controller for looping
For the money, this is an amazing product. I wasn’t sure I would prefer Bluetooth over direct usb, but honestly now I wish all of my devices connected over usb.I’m using this to control loop recording in Ableton which means I need fairly low latency. So far this unit is working great.Agree about plastic housing maybe not feeling sturdy (more mental than physical) and I will update this review if it breaks within less than 3 months or so.Manual is pretty shite. No control software for Mac. Doesn’t even mention how to put the unit in midi mode (it’s mode 7) and the mode navigation is very janky. Still only took 5-10 mins to get going.

Seemed like a good idea at the time.
1. Had a terrible time getting it to connect with Bluetooth. There was a trick but I had to search endlessly online to get the answer.2. No Owner's Manual or Instructions were provided with unit.3. The unit will not maintain Bluetooth footswitch-to-keyboard assignments even though Bluetooth is fully engaged, forced to reassign foot switches each time after shutting down and restarting PC even though my keyboard assignments and App assignments were unchanged.4. Every so often the Full Screen function goes haywire and freezes the App forcing me to shut down App with Task Manager.5. Airturn's Toll-Free Phone Support is not always available during hours they advertise on their website.6. None of these issues happened with my App for over two years until I used Airturn.7. There is no 'Airturn Manager' available for PC or Windows, if there is I couldn't find it & believe me I looked so customization is out of the question.8. BTW, their website describes many other problems described in their forums.9. Was this a good investment? No.10. Do I recommend this product? No.11. Will you be disappointed if you buy this product? Probably.

Got It For Guitar, Using It For So Much More
I originally got this as a wireless stomp box to control Native Instruments Guitar Rig 6 - which does really well on mode 7 (Midi) for turning on/off effects etc. But the bonus here is the other modes. Via the Air Turn controller software (I’m using a Mac) I’ve been able to program keyboard shortcuts, special keys (Like volume up/down). I haven’t even begun playing with Airtune compatible apps - which there are a ton.Bluetooth pairing was easy. It took me a few minutes to get the device setup as a Bluetooth Midi device but that’s well documented in the manual. So far I have a bout 90 hours on the device running it wirelessly (battery) but since its near my guitar pedal board I’ll likely run it of power instead of having to mess around with charging.Although the unit is plastic its sturdy, and even with my heavy foot stomp it doesn’t move around on the floor. My only complaint is that switching modes is kind of a pain - there is a small push button to toggle between the 7 modes or banks of switches but you can’t really press it with your foot - you have to bed over to press it. I’d love to see them add a mappable mode toggle to a physical switch or at the very least have mode switching ability within the AirTune controller software.Overall, this unit has really made a functional difference in my set up and I’m thinking about getting another!

Perfect for Onsong and Music Stand!
Perfect tool for use with Onsing or Planning Center’s Music Stand app. Easy to program and remembers what it did last for each app without resetting every time. Highly recommend this for anyone transitioning from paper chord and lyric charts to iPad driven music.

Quite good, would be even better if from metal
Seems to work fine, but setup is a little confusing. To make it work with Bias FX mobile on the ipad, one needs to switch it into “Midi Mode” first, which is done by holding down a button on the device and count the red led blink 7 times. East enough, but the procedure is buried in the manual. After that, one needs a BLE app (Bluetooth Low Energy) to connect it to an ipad/ iphone. That ia not mentioned in the manual however. I use Korg ble and Midimittr which are both free. Once connected, the learn midi function in Bias FX and also Amplitube work.I wish they included a micro usb or usb c charging port instead of requiring the use of a 9V charging cable. Sure, most likely guitar player used to old fashioned pedal have a 9V power brick in their arsenal already, but since this is a wireless device that allegedly caters to musicians that want to use their tablet or phone to control effects, it makes little sense, imho.Another omission is the lack of a 1/4” input for an expression pedal or external control pedal which the otherwise awful irig Blueboard has. In contrary to the Blueboard, the Airturn has very noce feeling, tactile yet not clicky footswitches. They provide enough tactile feedback and are near silent.I wish the housing was metal instead of the low-rent looking blue plastic.

AirTurn BT200S-6 for Quantiloop. Perfect Marriage!
I already own the Stomp 6, which I love! Now I am thrilled with the new BT200S-6. It’s built well: light but sturdy. If you’re familiar with AirTurn modes, the BT200 is even easier to setup. Was able to connect it to my iPad and Quantiloop and configure the switches to controller the looper without issue.NOTE: There is currently an issue with BT200S-6 when changing the MIDI Channel ID of Quantiloop to anything other than OMNI or Channel 1. By default, the BT200S is set to Channel 1. I need Quantiloop to be ID 4. I called AT tech support and worked with Dan on the issue. He walked me through the download and install of AirTurn Manager app that enables you to change the Channel number of the BT200S. Way to go, Dan! The issue is that it does not save your changes. When you go back in the BT200s is still set to Channel 1. Dan said he would send this over to the development team and get an update sent out to me. No worries. I got excellent tech support today from AirTurn and can’t wait until this resolved so I can use. Stay tuned!! AirTurn is a great company with excellent products AND excellent customer support.

Simply not working
Not charging. Bith LED stay solid, no way to activate Bluetooth pairing (both LEDs stay solid, no flash). Read manuals and online resources, no solution. I probably have a defective unit.

Only supports really old versions of Android
Poor overall, the unit came bowed in the middle so wobbled from side to side. Though I could get over that, I then find it only supports really old versions of Android and no Windows App so unless your in the Apple ecosystem you have no means to configure it. So it will be headed back for refund.
