I have had trouble sleeping since I was a teenager. I've tried several prescriptions for sleep and they work for a short while but then stop. I don't like anything that is a controlled substance, legally prescribed or not. What I have been doing for some months now is this melatonin product. I've tried others in the past but his works better than most things I've tried. Still, after a lifetime of trying things, I tend to get 4-6 hours of sleep a night. And this product has made a very good improvement on that for me. I wake up rested without any "hangover-type" dullness. This works very well for me.

Great value! Taste is good too. Helps me go to sleep after drinking a bit too much coffee or being all ramped up for whatever reason and need to go to bed. No side effects, but make sure you get your allotted sleep time or you might be a little drowsy in the morning.
