Q: Is there any chance these have an inseam of 36"?

I don't think so. I wear a 32 inseam and they are a bit long on me but I'm not sure if they are that long.

Q: My waist is 38 inch which size should i orderd.

I have a 36 inch waist and the XL is very roomy. With the elastic waist band, I think XL would be best for a 38 inch waist

I placed an order for 3 pairs in December. At that time I saw that they were not going to be available for a couple of months. I ordered them anyway because there was nothing else available in the style I wanted. I did receive my order this week. They are perfect! Definitely worth the wait.
