Disney's The Little Mermaid: Magic in Two Kingdoms

I enjoy this game, the Disney games are a great altenrative to some other games which contain more violence and these games are more role playing, teamwork type. Its real easy to beat the game on the first try.I highly reccomend it for any disney fans.

Bought this as the first Gameboy game for my 4yr old daughter. She is new to Gameboy controls as well as gaming, but she is slowly learning. On the other hand, my 5yr old son who has been playing Gameboy for about 1 year beat the entire game in just a few hrs. I gave the game a shot and beat it in about 1hr...the whole game.They cut a lot out of the story, only allowing you to play select portions and the rest of it either being skipped all together or covered in long cutscenes with no voice and only text (neither of which my kids are able to read yet.)They are enjoying it, but I don't see it having much replay value after a couple weeks.

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter for Christmas but since she was home for the holiday week-end I had her check it out. It work perfectly. She loves it.

I was actually thrilled with this game. My four year old is new to the game boy and this has been a hit. The controls are easy, the regular game mode is fun following the basic story of Disney's The Little Mermaid. There is also an option to pick each of the individual games as mini games. This game is great for hand eye coordination, memory, learning right from left, and lots more.The game is short for an older child but perfect for a preschooler. I myself even enjoy playing it. If you are looking for a great beginner game for ages 4-7 this is it.

I bought this game for my daughters 7th birthday, she is now 8 and still loves this game. She is in love with the little mermaid and this game follows the movie to a T! Very easy to play!
