I order this due to my hair thinning of course. I've been using it for two weeks. Within the first few days I started to notice that I'm waking up with more energy and just feeling better. Now I understand this is for hair thinning.. but follow me here. Obviously my body is lacking what the vitamin supplement provides. If it wasnt.. then why would it work. So with that thinking alone. I feel that it's giving me vitamins and minerals that I already need. Well like I said. I feel great and now my hair is much healthier. I haven't been using it long enough to get the hair results I'm looking for. But I'll keep buying it for how I'm feeling. I will update this review in 90 days .. im one happy customer already !
