When I was buying a breast pump, I was hoping to find a breast pump that would not just do its job but also make sure that it would not "hurt" me in any way. This breast pump is the very thing that I was looking for.it helped me to pump milk out and also made sure that it was a comfortable experience.The breast pump also made sure that it made as little noise as possible, making it easy to pump even when my baby is sleeping beside me.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the electric pump two months ago and am fully dependent on it for milk for my newborn. However, it has started malfunctioning now as shown in the video I have uploaded. Sometimes it works for 10-15minutes before malfunctioning and the other times it just doesn’t start. I went through their manual and changed the cable, adapter and plug point to rule out any power supply related issues, as mentioned in the manual, but it still didn’t work. Then I tried contacting customer support, whose number is not available anywhere on the internet. The phone number given on their website doesn’t work. It took me 4days to finally get a number that works. They registered my complaint and told me a technician would contact me within 4 hours. However, it has been 4 days with no sign of the technician. I called up the customer support two more times but they keep saying the technician will contact me. Like I mentioned before, I am solely dependent on this pump for my baby’s food and this is how Philips is providing zero support. This product is supposed to have 2 years warranty but what is the point if no technician is available to resolve issues? I am absolutely disappointed with how my issue is just kept pending for so many days in spite of me explaining the criticality. I have absolutely lost trust in Philips.

This pump is really helpful, it resolved my issue. It was very uncomfortable without the pump to feed my baby. It is soft and gives the exact amount of pressure required to pump out the milk. The best part is it is very convenient, easy to use and can be made flexible according to your requirement. I love how it fits and the process is so easy. It also helps to maintain how much I am pumping so that I exactly know the amount of milk my baby is having. I am so happy with it

This is Quick, comfortable, and convenient for each new mother. Easy to use and clean. Convenient and super handy and takes up very less space , very easy to carry . Highly recommend product.

3 star for being good quality.Bad part is that spare parts are not available in India. This is 9k device I expect either the device never goes bad or atleast the attachments are cheap and readily available

Wanted to rate 0 but there is no option for thatThe worst product. Wont work if not connected to a charger. Complete waste of money and the customer service is complelty useless... they wont help you...they will just say sorry and end it without helping u out.. if the products are defective there should be a replacement policy to help the customer but no there is none.I would suggest no one buys product from here as if its damaged the amazon company wont give you a solution
