I haven't taken many. If they help than I guess they are worth it. If they are good quality then they should help keep from getting colds. That's what I was told.

These are horrendous! I’ve taken zinc for many years, and am well aware that it can cause nausea. This has always been easily mitigated by taking it at night. I decided to try this brand after many years of another brand. HUGE MISTAKE! These caused me to wake at 2am or 3am violently dry heaving. It will rip you out of your sleep. And the nausea will persist well into the next day. I gave them a two week effort before I called it and threw them out. Do not buy these! Also, there’s no returns for this product, so money in the trash. I recommend buying vitamins from Vitacost as they stand by their products and will refund you if you’re not satisfied.
