A very cool and complete lighting kit for the LEGO Home Alone set. Really lights up the kit well. It even comes with lights for the van and tree house separate builds.Nice it comes with paper instructions that are quite clear to follow. Installation is not too difficult to perform. When you open up the ‘home’ it makes a more realistic lighting view as it lights up the interior rooms like real lights in a house.

Have had lights for 5 months and have only turned them on a handful of times the second floor and attic lights no longer work and getting in touch with seller to find a way to rectify is impossible

Package was well sealed and everything was there. Very thick booklet of instructions which is appreciated.The few issues I faced is the lower level lighting is a cool blue rather than warm yellow as pictured. Additionally, I have a headlight that doesn't work, and one of the rear porch lights do not work. Rather than having to order a new set, I kinda wish the seller could just ship replacements that should have been there to begin with. Receiving both blue and yellow lights is a QC issue that should have been checked before it was shipped. I waited over the 30 day mark to get these installed so I missed the mark on my return. Hope the seller can help with my issue, I want to love this product but it doesn't make me want to turn the lights on when they're two different colors.

Install was fairly painless...took a little time and patience but not super difficult. I'm not sure, though, why the lower level of lights are all blue, and the upstairs/outside lights are all warm white?? I was hoping for all warm white like the pictures in the listing show.

First: the lights are 2 different colors. The top floors are warm white and the bottom is blue. Second: the light in the van did not work. Finally: after lighting consistently for 3 weeks (and after paying $20 for replacement lights for the bottom floor and van), the set turned on and then shut off and won’t turn back on.After hours of rigging up the lights, those little lights aren’t twinkling. Now I’m paying for another set and spending more time ripping this kit out and installing another.

This lighting set is really cool. It brings the Home Alone house to life. It takes patience though to install. When looking at the instructions, I was a little bummed to see that the remote control version has more details such as the backlight red doorknob, and the string lights in the front of the house are actually integrated instead of fairy lights you just twist on the existing string.. those would be cool to have. Not sure if you can get those extra lights to add on, would be nice for sure. All in all it’s a solid 4 stars.

It was pretty easy to install and I didn’t face many challenges. It looks great for the price and is a good cheap option. I’m very impressed that you can still take off the second floor and the roof and they simply disconnect and turn off automatically. They aren’t too delicate but you should be careful with thin wires anyway. In the pictures you can see a light missing on one of the roof windows but that was my mistake
