Amazing Magnesium Supplement – Helps with Relaxation & Sleep!
I absolutely love CALM Magnesium Powder! This has been a game-changer for me when it comes to relaxation and better sleep. I started using it to help with stress and occasional muscle tension, and I can truly feel the difference. Within about 30 minutes of drinking it, I feel noticeably more relaxed, and it also helps me unwind before bed for a deeper, more restful sleep. The taste is light and pleasant, dissolves easily in water, and doesn’t leave a chalky texture like some other magnesium supplements. I also love that it’s made with high-quality, natural ingredients and free from artificial additives.Another huge plus is that it helps with digestion! I’ve noticed it keeps things regular without any harsh effects, which is a great bonus. If you’re looking for a natural way to relax, improve sleep, and support digestion, I highly recommend this magnesium powder! It’s now a staple in my nighttime routine, and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing.

My Constipation is CURED!!!
Hello everyone, I thought I should help. For the people who are constipated I may be able to help you. My friend over 3 weeks ago told me what I can do to help my severe constipation that I used to have. I suffered so bad and it was so painful to go and I could never lose weight. I even eat pretty healthy, drinking lots of water and trying to get a lot of fiber in my diet (that didn't even help). I used to use the restroom once every 4-5 days. I had severe headaches everyday. I also used to have bad insomnia as well. I purchased three different products and in writing this review, I am going to just paste the same review for reviews in all 3 of the products that I purchased. I have no more headaches, less fatigued, and I sleep better. I purchased a digestive enzyme, a good probiotic, and magnesium citrate supplements. What I have learned is that we need good bacteria back in our guts. Then the most shocking thing I learned is that so many of us are magnesium deficient. Please, I encourage you to read about magnesium deficiency. It's so hard to test for magnesium deficiency because around only 1% is found in our blood. The rest of the magnesium is stored in our bones and tissues. I first must say that if you are vitamin D deficient you should well of course consult a doctor first but you will need your vitamin D levels to be good in order to take magnesium. The vitamin D blood test is very accurate and I was once deficient. The reason is magnesium, calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin K2 all go together. The magnesium will store better in your body if your vitamin D levels are at where they are supposed to be. I continue to take 6,000 units of vitamin D3 everyday. I live in Michigan and I get no sun. Most people are getting too much calcium and not nearly enough magnesium. I have read that the ratio for calcium to magnesium for most people is 5:1. It should be calcium and magnesium 1:1. I eat foods with dairy and my calcium levels were healthy. The magnesium product that I bought may also be sold with calcium in it. I did not purchase that one because I already have enough calcium in my system but I didn't have any magnesium due to all the symptoms. There are not that many foods that contain magnesium. Honestly, I do not eat spinach and nuts all day long to get the magnesium our bodies need. Magnesium is amazing and it helps with so many symptoms. Magnesium will help you sleep better and has helped so many with insomnia. Magnesium helps with the osmosis in your digestive track. Magnesium can help maintain your heart to be healthy, helps with blood pressure, body aches, reduce headaches, helps with insulin resistance, some fibromyalgia people, helps people with asthma because it opens up the bronchioles so that people can breathe better, and so many more. Now, there are different forms of magnesium that you can take and the dosage for all different types are different. I take magnesium in the form of citarte. This form is very good for people who are suffering from constipation. The supplement I use is in a powder form and I add it to warm water at night before bed. I use 2 measured teaspoons that may be rounded on top every night. These two measured teaspoons equal to around 325 mg a day which is the daily value of 81%. My constipation is cured. I am also hypothyroid and even taking thyroid medication I was still constipated. I have learned everything I mentioned above after I purchased the three products. I wanted to make sure that all this stuff is safe, right amount in using it, and why it's working so well (that's when I learned so much about magnesium). So, I thought I would share my experience and hopefully help some of you out there suffering with constipation. I will post three links at the bottom of all the stuff that I bought. I bought everything off of Amazon. I would like to say that I believe out of all 3 products that I purchased I feel that the most important one in curing my constipation is the product Natural Vitality Nature Calm product. I don't know if my constipation would have been cured with just taking the probiotics and the digestive enzymes. I purchased those two products because I feel that they are important as well in keeping good bacteria in your gut with the probiotics and the enzyme with the help of breaking down our food. I feel that the Nature Calm Magnesium is the main reason for going to the bathroom everyday and relieving my other symtoms.(They have many flavors, I purchased orange). Also, mine is the 16oz, it also comes in 8oz as well. The 16oz will last months. Great value. 2 rounded measured teaspoons every night (when I say measured, I use the teaspoon that is used for baking and cooking and not the teaspoon you eat with, all people are different and some only take 1 teaspoon). You'll know which is the right amount for you.http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0012619B0/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1423427081&sr=8-1&keywords=natural+vitality+orange&pi=AC_SY200_QL40&dpPl=1&dpID=41fYB0kcKjL&ref=plSrchHere is the probiotic I bought (green bottle). I also refrigerate the probiotics so that the bacteria doesn't die. I only take 1 everyday. Some take 2 a day.http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000LM0X0Y/ref=sr_ph?ie=UTF8&qid=1423427322&sr=1&keywords=pb8Lastly, here is the digestive enzyme I bought. I also take only 1 a day.http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00HLXPUBI/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1423427582&sr=8-2&keywords=digestive+enzymes+digest+basic&pi=AC_SY200_QL40&dpPl=1&dpID=41J29i3m-1L&ref=plSrchGood luck everyone.

Easy source of daily magnesium
I have used this product for a couple of years. My only disappointment this time was that it was not the flavor I prefer and thought I had reordered.

A relaxing sleep aid
I have a lot of trouble sleeping but hate taking sleeping pills -- great combination, right? When someone recommended magnesium, I assumed it was some homeopathic thing that 'totally worked' for believers and left the rest of us yet again staring at the ceiling at 4 am. But after some research and reading reviews, I decided to give this a shot since the benefits of magnesium are actually backed up with scientific research. In general, it does help with my sleeping trouble and it doesn't leave me drowsy the next day, so that's a pretty big win. Plus it's not so extreme that I worry about being unable to wake up in the middle of the night if I have to, which has been a problem with other sleeping aids I've tried.[Effectiveness]This stuff definitely works. I generally start to feel relaxed about 15 minutes after taking it and feel able to fall asleep in another 15 minutes or so (so 30 minutes after drinking it total). Some nights it seems to work better than others, but I don't mind that it doesn't put me in a coma every time. I like that it's easy to wake up from and that I can fight off the effects if I have to (like if I get a late work email that needs an answer).[Taste]I get the sweet lemon flavor, and it's fine. I wouldn't sit down and savor a glass of the stuff, but it's not too bad. I just mix it with cold water and stir for a moment, and it dissolves very easily. As long as I drink the glass quickly I don't need a chaser or anything.[Side effects]Sometimes I wake from unexplained extreme 'discomfort' -- both overall feelings of physical unease and specific and intense pain in my limbs -- and this sorts that right out. I've spoken with my GP about these pains but because they're not frequent enough to merit an extended sleep study, they're basically a mystery. Pain killers, stretching, and massage don't work to alleviate the discomfort, but drinking this does.In terms of the laxative properties, occasionally this does 'help things along' so to speak, but I've never experienced cramping or discomfort. It's something to be aware of the first few times you take it and when adjusting dosage levels, but I haven't had any issues. As I mentioned before, this doesn't leave my drowsy or hungover feeling the next morning. I tend to experience a lot of brain fog from other sleep aids (probably because I'm always some degree of sleep deprived) and I don't have any issues with that after taking this the night before. On the contrary, I feel as though I wake up more easily when my alarm goes off, and need less caffeine to start feeling human.[Daytime use]Some people are able to use this to help manage anxiety, which is awesome for them. Personally, taking it during the day makes me feel spacey and unmotivated. I'd recommend trying daytime use when you don't have anything super important coming up, because I decided to give it a spin when I had a huge deadline looming and that was not a great idea. I'll be sticking with night time use, but I do see how this could be really useful for general, non situation-specific anxiety management.[Cost]A few reviewers have mentioned that the liquid magnesium citrate you find in the laxative sections of drug stores is a cheaper alternative to this product. I haven't tried that so I can't speak to the effectiveness, but I do appreciate that this container is a pretty normal thing to just have out on the counter, whereas a bottle of liquid magnesium citrate isn't really, particularly when they tend to say "GENTLE LAXATIVE" on the label. Plus, Natural Calm is really convenient for me -- there's a scoop included, and I don't have to worry about being too precise with measurements. Is that worth paying a lot more? Personally, yeah. One container lasts me over 6 months with regular use, so it's actually a very small expense over time. I'm an incredibly forgetful person (adult ADD doesn't help) and I entertain at home a lot, so having this out where I'll remember it and not having to worry about stashing it when there are guests over is pretty nice. When I kept this in my cabinet, I forgot to take it all the time. Now I keep it right out where I can see it, and as silly as it sounds, it really helps me remember. Also, I feel like I can recommend it to people without having an awkward "It's a laxative, yeah, but not like that" conversation.Overall, for the effectiveness, lack of negative side effects, and convenience, I think Natural Calm is more than worth the price.
