Well, my sister recommended and I buy this because it helps here. Good, so you can I have regular number twos? And so far it's worked great, so my advice would be. If you're constipated having problems with that take these to a day and yeah hopefully it works for you as well

Such great Magnesium! It works to suppress appetite and keep you feeling full. I omitted this from my diet and gained 5 pounds - nowI am back on track. Trader Joe's used to sell a similar type and it worked so well to keep the extra pounds off. Glad to get this Magnesium now that Trader's has discontinued. Rad. GOD BLESS.
