Overall this was a great product. I seemed to be getting all of my daily vitamins with this product. I would recommend it. Just eat something before you take it!

I dont like eating veggies as much as I should so I got these to supplement my diet. I know they don't replace true veggies, but I did notice that my skin looked clear and I felt good when I took these. They don't have an aftertaste and are easy to take. They are full of good fruits and potent veggies and seem to be effective in contributing to overall health. I don't eat a lot of candy so maybe that helps maximize their effectiveness.

This seems of great quality. And it helps keeping up a balanced diet. The taste I don't notice. Stomach upsets haven't happened. Taking these is easier while traveling than keeping track of all foods at every turn amid less familiar situations. Organic content is appreciated.

I think these give me more energy but im a not really sure. If you want to get all you greens in you better be eating regular natural food as well as this but it helps too. One thing I miffed about is that the bottle says you can get a free one if you go to their website- thats just a lie, no free bottle.

Been using Dr. Bo Kidney Cleanse formula. It has helped me improve the stress and discomfort in my Kidneys. I'm Diabetic and have to care for my eyes, Kidneys and liver as well as circulation in my extremities. I read an article in the last month about the importance of Spirulina in eye health, saying it's the key ingredient in their 'competitor product formula.' I was placing an order for my favorite supplements and and an ad popped up for this new product from Dr Bo. I added to my order and I noticed a difference in my eye site the first day I took it. I also take The Ocuvite products, Ocuvite 50 Plus and Arreds formula. FYI, Diabetics suffer from Macular Degermation. It is the deterioration of the receiver at the back of the eye that transforms the visual information entering the eye into pictures in your brain. No Macula = No Pictures in your brain = Lights Out. I urge Diabetics to contact their Health professionals about the best course of action for them. Some Doctors are open to these types of questions, and others are by the book offering only FDA approved remedies. Choose wisely. Read every thing you can find on subject.
