Taste nice and good boost
Usually use these during my long runs also a nice boost and helps keep me going. Will sometimes use them before a race or a hard session like an interval session. My favourite affordable gel

They arrived really quickly! Taste ok, and seem to do the job!! Gentle on the tummy and no horrible side affects. Also batch tested for athletes which many of these gels aren’t!
