I suspect someone else has returned this carb, possibly because the typo in the chart is not just a typo - it comes with the spare jet sizes for the 28mm, 110 and 115. I will probably need the missing 120. Also box is quited dented from inside. The choke does not stay up out of the box, I will probably patch this and try the carb, it would take too long to get a replacement and son wants to ride the bike. Just a warning to any others.

Great product easy to install and I haven’t had an issue with the product.. my engine is running fine and the black and red really makes the bike look cool

Great carb to build off of but the parts are pretty cheap. It worked for a 20 min ride then the next time I took it out it cutout on me. Took apart the carb to clean jets and adjust float height and BOOM!! Completely cracked float bowl. If I were to get this again I’d open it up before putting it on the bike

You don't have to read the rest of this if you just want to know how to hook it up, I went 'seat of pants' on this and winged it to a degree, here's what I found that worked; It comes with two outlets linked by tube so nothing to do there, I just put 'drain' tubes on all tubes other than the largest 1 , I hooked fuel up to it. The angled, knurled screw on the left side, seems to be the idle (speed) screw just leave it alone for starters, then next to it to the right is a horizontal screw, this appears to be the air mix screw, screw it in all the way gently, don't crank hard on it, then back out about two full turns, revolutions. I write this as if you're a noob, as I am too. It will probably take a lot of kicks or elect starts to get it going if you're not lucky, I hooked up a battery assist to my e start bike, it needed it. I pulled the choke out at first then once it finally started and I let it run a bit, having to work the throttle to keep it running, I put the choke back in. Bike stall several times as I adjusted the air mix screw, and idle up enough to keep running. I should add, when you install the throttle cable into the internal slide, DO NOT PANIC, it is not like other carbs, the little white plastic piece inside holds it against the carb housing and keeps the lead end piece secured, I freaked out at first, seemed like there was no way to secure that lead end, there is , you'll see, just work with it and eventually you will see what I'm talking about, your cable end is not too small lol, that's what I'd thought at first. ----- Just got this today, and had to scour the internet to try and find something close to this to get an idea how to set it up, and yes, I mean no, there is no carb exactly like this, I believe its a clone but it is not exact match of anything that I can find. Comes in a gift quality container, looks awesome, seems to work well, though my bike bogs at low idle, that is probably something I just need to fix with different low get, or something, shrugs... If this came with instructions it would be worth 10 stars, but there are about 5 outlets/inlets that are anyone's guess as to function, I got lucky and got it working lol. The choke system is fantastic, I wanted to eliminate the choke lever on my handle bar, this is part of why I bought this. I installed this on my Trailmaster TM31, it's called 250cc, but it is actually 223cc zongshen engine, modeled supposedly after the honda crf 230cc which is also actually 223 cc's. I think this carb is also good for actual 250cc engines as well. I'll change my star rating if the company mans up and provides at least some level of instruction for it so others don't face the same frustration that I had to, plus with instruction, perhaps, I could get it dialed in perfectly as well.
