Awesome look
It was a good bit harder to put on than the instructions would lead you to believe. I did not have a good way to get a good lift height to install the parts. A vehicle lift is recommended from me. The parts were not hard to install, just the space to work in. Great product at a great price! Would recommend.

Perfect fit!
Great product! Love my lift, did the job myself with a buddy. Took about 10 hours. Be sure to spray all your bolts with penetrating oil for about three days in a row before the install. Trust me it will make your life way easier. The instructions are alright. Nothing special but they sure help you along the way. The break in process for me was about 900 miles until the ride got a lot better! Overall great lift!

Easy install. 1990 yj 33x10.5x15
Very happy so far. First 100 miles are on the new lift. I installed it in my one stall garage with minimal tools. Shipped to me fast and in very good shape. I wish I could understand the directions a little better. A youtube video from rough country would have been nice. But it's still pretty easy.

rough country value
I've been taking my time installing the lift, replacing all the worn steering components and bushings. This kit is complete and the instructions were thorough. The only variable for anyone considering this kit is the condition of your jeep, I was fortunate that mine has no rust. The lift is installed and looks great, I haven't driven it yet though, so it gets four stars for the unknown factor. Good deal for the money.

Jeep's taller now!
My poor husband had a heck of a chore fixing up our 94 YJ. Poor thing had been jumped WAY too many times by previous owner so he had to repair all body mounts and completely redo the suspension. So, we decided now was the time to do a legit suspension lift. This kit was PERFECT. Got everything we needed to make 'Ole Steve' the best that he could be and still look like a legit original Jeep. We don't want a crawler, just a dependable light trail runner. This kit got us there and more. Thank you!!

Bushings wear out very very fast
The ride is not as bad as everyone says it is but my problem why they get 3 stars is the leaf bushings that bolt up to the shackles or worn out I got it as a Christmas gift and did not install it till May not even a year later in front all worn out rough country only gives a year warranty 85% mods on my YJ is rough country and was going to start the xj but I think I will go with something else

Good value nice ride on my 1992 YJ
My only complaint is these kits should come up the leaf spring bolts 1184 ASIN B00B2AENZK whether you need them or not instead of having to search for what you need and order separately I know it's an extra cost but 9 times out of 10 you will need them because the bolts will cease to the bushings and break when try to take them out or have to be cut in order to get the leaf springs it's a very good kit for the money and the ride is good unlike my other 4 inch lift kit which rode like I was on a basketballs pretty much like having the axles mounted straight to the frame it rode that rough but with this kit it has a very good ride. The directions need a little updating

saggy springs
Front leaf springs started sagging after only being installed for 90 days. I have a four cylinder engine. Maybe I should've gotten V8 springs
