Wonderful cookbook for No Sugar No Flour recipes!!!
This is an amazing cookbook for anyone looking for No Sugar No Flour recipes!! Laurie is gifted with finding unusual combinations that work!!! I bought the cookbook in September 2023 and have already made 27 recipes from it now (Feb ‘24). Everything is very tasty!! The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the pages are illustrated by the author herself in such a cute, whimsical way. The Ingredient-to-Recipe CROSS REFERENCE INDEX in the back is so helpful when you have an ingredient on hand and want to use it up. I highly recommend The Tasty Freedom Cookbook.

Easy to follow!
The recipe ingredients are all portioned out so that many of the are a “complete meal” when assembled. They are easy to follow and they work! Really helped solve my menu fatigue after months of BLE in my own

Thank you, Laurie, from the bottom of my heart for these amazing Sugar-Free, Flour-Free and Gluten-Free recipes!! My body/brain can't handle these substances in moderation so the best approach for me is complete abstinence. Without delicious recipes like yours I sincerely doubt I would have been able to stick to the food plan I've been on the past couple of years. I get bored with food easily and this is one of the reasons I've not been able to have long term success in the past. There is only so much dry chicken and steamed broccoli I can stomach before throwing in the towel and reverting back to old careless and harmful ways of eating.I have to say that some of the ingredients you put together gave me pause at first because I couldn't imagine these combinations would taste good. But I kept experimenting and was pleasantly surprised every single time! I also appreciate and value the skillful and loving way you have laid this book out including clear directions and so many helpful tips.If anyone is on the fence about buying this book wondering if it is worth it, I assure you, it IS! These recipes have truly been a life-changer for me!

Easy recipes
I like it just okay! The recipes are fairly easy. I made only one that I didn’t like and really couldn’t eat, but I still have several more to try.

Absolutely love this book!
I try to live a sugar free/ flour free life to maintain my weight and health and this recipe book has some amazing recipes. Most of the stuff I already have in my house. I can’t wait to buy her second book that’s about to come out.

A little disappointed
I had been mulling over this cookbook for some time and finally decided to purchase it. The high price point had me apprehensive. I should have just listened to my gut. While, yes, there are recipes in this cookbook, you can find the same things on Pinterest or even Google. A taco bowl is a taco bowl. Many recipes call for Nutritional Yeast, which isn’t a bad thing, and there’s lots of pineapple involved. There were about a handful of recipes I “might” try, but, overall, it wasn’t the book for me. I don’t think I would necessarily say it was “chock full” of soup recipes, either. I wish there had been a preview of the book before buying it, but, now I know.

Wonderful and easy
I love this cookbook so much. It has great recipes that are super easy and really tasty. I love that all recipes are for one. I especially love the berry muffins for breakfast.Buy it and start making some great recipes.

Perfect for me
I have chosen to go sugar and flour free, but since I have zero imagination when it comes to combining nutritious food it becomes even harder when you factor in the no sugar, no flour.This is why I purchased this excellent cookbook. But also because I HATE COOKING. I cannot emphasize this enough and I admit, I was worried this would just go by the wayside because it required cooking.This is NOT the case. Each recipe is incredibly easy to prepare (not much prep time) and then you throw it in the oven. Or if it is not the oven, you basically have to cook in the frying pan for a maximum of 10 or so minutes.I have already made quite a few recipes and from start to end, including cleaning up (but not eating) it takes less than 20 minutes or so. This is perfect for me - healthy and very easy.Another important point - all the ingredients are easily available at most supermarkets and if you are trying to save a few dollars, the recipes are geared towards using several of the same ingredients, so you can use up the items you have opened (i.e. pumpkin puree for example).Written in a friendly way, this cookbook is perfect for anyone who wants to get some healthy recipes.I am vegan and there are a few recipes, but I have found that I can easily substitute to make basically the same recipes with a few tweaks.Almost forgot, the author has indicated beside each item in each recipe what that item counts toward if you are working with a food plan.I cannot say enough positive things about this book.

Scrumptious healthy recipes for no sugar no flour BLE compliant lifestyle
I have been trying these recipes and every one is great so far! It's also a very fun, illustrated cookbook. These have helped me lose so much weight and enjoy the process immensely. Highly recommend
