Would have given it a 5 if shipping was faster
Works great and the price is right. Just did not come in as quick as they said it would. Sent me a message saying it was delayed and ended up taking 9 days to get to me instead of the 4 stated. Not complaining to much. Good product.

It arrived earlier than anticipated, which was great - it was replacing a broken one. It fits perfectly & it was a good price

Just what I needed
I had a slight crack in the framework and this was just what I needed. Everything was put together so I didn't have to figure it out.Just hooked it up to the headgear and added my mask and it was working perfect again!

Not as pictured.
The product image shows it has the clips for the head gear. It did not come with the clips so it is unusable and the reason for my 1 star review.

have tried 4 or 5. this one is best yet.
i sleep on my side, so i usually get mask leaks. the Activa was supposed to help "active" sleepers because it employs an soft air cushion that sorta flexes before it leaks. it works for me. best mask i've tried.

It did not work
It did not have the nose pillow cushion or clip not happy with the way the picture shows it very deceiving so I returned it

this is a cpap nasal mask
it is a standard size so it was too small, it would be a plus if it came with the frame and the cushion nose, but It doesn't so will return it, I found a different provider through Amazon, that had the complete frame and cushion, that is why I rate it one star
