sturdy built
The pen drive is well made of metal not plastic and has a good weight to it .The software is very intuitive with easy walk through on how to secure the drive which can also be backed up to the cloud if required. It has some unique features for added security.Documentation is very Clear as to setup and secure data with a step by step walkthrough and where to find assistance if need be overall no issues to date hopefully will last a long time longer than other Pen drives have used in the past.

Brilliant!
This is a brilliant item. Easy to set up (there is a video on the Kingston website showing how to) transfers files quickly and works with a MacBook Pro (MacOS). Very pleased, would recommend.

Reliable storage with encryption
Easy to set up and use. Also, has 'hint' option, in case you forget the password! Would like to have a tag or ring so could hang up to store.

Fast, well built, automatic backup to cloud
Ok, this is really good. Very well made, solid, fast read and write, quick login. Automatically saves updates to cloud backup, this takes very little time. Excellent product

Disaster
I bought this to store important data. It doesn't work which has caused major problems. Data no longer accessible. I would recommend going with a different product

you cannot remove the usbtocloud software
the drive is well made and solid, the login could be quicker but the big issue for me is the usbtocloud software install is not optional, its part of the setup and will prompt you to install it every time you log in unless you have a txt file on the drive along with your data. if you clear the drive including the txt file the software prompt comes up again when you log in. no way of removing it so you cannot stop users trying to install the software on business machines
