I have dumbbells from 10lb to 40lbs. I didn't want to have to buy kettlebells, and this lets me turn any dumbbell into a kettlebell. I wondered if it might be easier to bang up a knee with this than a K-bell, but it's not. I've had no issue with that at all.Nifty piece of gear and it does what I need it to do. It's also sturdy and holds the D-bell very tight.

Works as advertised. I am very happy with the product. My only criticism would be that the grip be a little shorter

The only reason I did not give the Kettle Gryp five stars is because it does not fit the handles of the dumbbells I already had when I ordered the Gryp. I had three sets of dumbbells at home and was disappointed that the handles on all three sets were too large in diameter to fit into the Kettle Gryp. Rather than return the Gryp, I took it with me to three different stores before I found a dumbbell with a handle which fit into the Gryp. I ended up purchasing a new dumbbell to use with the Gryp, so the total cost was about what I would have paid for a new kettle bell.That said, I do really like the Kettle Gryp. It's very easy to transition the barbell to a kettle bell, and the handle on the Gryp is ergonomic and comfortable to use, even with my arthritic hands. The Gryp is very sturdy and appears to be indestructible! I've been enjoying doing kettle bell workouts for a couple of weeks now and am glad I added this to my repertoire.

Excellent idea to convert dumbbells into Kettlebells! This device works perfectly with my amazon basics, 35lb and 45lb set of weights. Good and sturdy construction...Zero fear of it loosening while doing KB swings.

I just got a set of the Bow Flex dumbbells and was excited when I got this grip that it worked with them even though they’re kind of wider at the handle. Impressed with the quality too.

I like the concept of this device.I have used this since Christmas, and it has added to my work out.It does not work with the Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells. The handle of the bowflex is too wide.You could remove the rubber coating but I don't want to do that and damage the device.
