These are very good digestive enzymes. They contain the enzymes our own bodies make, in saliva, the stomach and small intestine. There are also natural ingredients that assist the main enzymes to digest. These enzymes do contain preboitics and probiotics, although not enough on a daily basis (it should be a minimum of 5 billion cfu's. Each one of these has one billion cfu's). They are almost one inch long and I have no issues with swallowing them. The capsule itself is made of a vegetable cellulose, so they are vegan. There's also no gluten, soy, eggs, dairy, nuts and preservatives. Digestive enzymes are essential for people who have had a gastric bypass. With a bypass, the entire first five feet of the small intestines are removed (duodenum). This is where food finishes being broken down and is digested. It can easily lead to malnutrition. These enzymes could help with many symptoms of GI upset. Along with a special diet and other supplements they can also help with curing Candida (a fungal infection of the mouth and esophagus) and SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth...This can happen, partly because of the excessive amount of easily accessible, processed foods that are high in both carbohydrates and sugar). I can't say enough about these Enzymes. I have been miserable everyday for years. I have suffered stomach cramps, bloating, nausea and either constipation or diarrhea everytime I eat. It's something I feared or dreaded everytime I needed to eat. I had my gull bladder removed 15 years ago and have never been the same. I also have an upper hiatal hernia and IBS. I do not believe in taking Pharmaceuticals but have even considered it because of how much I suffered. And I've become malnourished and too thin. I began taking these supplements every time I eat and could not believe the results! There's nothing they can do for the hernia, but I am literally shocked at how well they work! I am able to eat again and as long as I don't overeat I have no bloating, nausea and have not had diarrhea or constipation since I started taking them. This truly has changed my life. I've began a good workout schedule again and feel better than I have in a long time. I have increased my food intake by at least double and have not gained weight but have been able to start building muscle. I used to say I have no metabolism, when I would just force my way through eating to try to get more nourishment I would pack on weight so quickly! My wife suffered pretty frequently from indigestion. Since taking the product, she has had no experiences for about a month. I feel my digestion has improved as well since I've been taking them. Not to be gross, but I feel the product has also helped to keep my bowel movements regular.

I highly recommend these digestive enzymes. I have many food sensitivities so I have to be careful with what I eat and digestion can be "an issue" for me. I.E. Stomach problems. So I find taking an enzyme before each meal keeps my stomach healthy and everything working regularly. Highly recommend. Plus they are gluten free, which is critical for me, as I am gluten intolerant. I am not celiac so if you are celiac, I do not know if you can take these. Please check for yourself.

Just repurchased! I LOVE these i take two a day, one in the morning and one at night. I struggle w digestion a lot (trouble burping) after eating. Or even sometimes after drinking carbonated beverages. This helps sooo much. I also work out about 4x a week and this is helping w weight loss. 10/10 Great Ingredients Awesome price Vegan !!!
