This is by far the best value for money Laptop. I bought and it was delivered in 3 days. Same as mentionedin the description page. The process intel 12th gen core i5 is better and more powerful than Core i7 11 th gen . The laptop has touch screen and fhd res which best for the home and office use. Light weight at around 1.5 kgs . Good no of ports . In all a complete package .

I don't recommend the item battery efficiency is a very low maximum of 4 hours it might be from Windows 11 but overall I don't recommend plus processor does not match what advertise 4.4 GHZ delivered 1.3 GHZ Amazon they didn't help also to return my item even if it's not matching the mentioned specifications

The actual product doesn't match with the description provided here. The battery life is very poor. it fully drains within 3.hours instead of the 12hours mentioned on the Advertised

Me gusta mucho la computadora, cumple con muchísimas de mis expectativas pero si esperas que funcione como una laptop gamer creo que esta no sería la opción ideal debido a que percibo que tiene problemas para leer ciertos videojuegos y problemas con el funcionamiento, juegos relativamente simples como “fornite”. Llevo ya más de un año con ella, es más una computadora para diseñadores gráficos. Es una buena computadora, en general.

Purchased this at a Prime Day price as an upgrade from my HP Envy circa 2014. I am a student, Mom, and use my laptop for homework as well as placing grocery orders etc. What I love: my old laptop had a serious issue with the track pad. Touching any part of the lower edge of the keyboard triggered it. This track pad/keyboard does not have this issue. It does have a "cheaper feel", (not as bad as a Chromebook but somewhere in the middle) to the track pad but this does not bother me. My old one was all metal and cold to the touch. The keyboard on this is smaller but I love the size and weight of the entire laptop. My old one was 17" and super heavy. This is light and easy to carry around, does not make my legs tired when I'm typing 5 page papers. Note: this one does not have 10 key because it is smaller, which threw me off. Probably my only complaint...yet I wouldn't get that in this size of laptop anyway, so I let it go. Transition from laptop to tablet is as simple as flipping the screen backward. It creates an interface with "apps" immediately instead of point and double click applications. Overall using it is very easy, it's really really fast, and perfect for simple computer use for a student/parent that wants both tablet and computer options in one. **Any wireless mouse will work with this computer. **Any stylus will work with the tablet mode. I bought my three pack at Target for $13.

My Acer died the Black Screen Death in a couple years. I like it for the basic print things google and Amazon. I am usually on my Iphone. Seems well made for under $300. I am 81 so it serves my purpose. I do like Windows 11.

hace ya 6 meses desde que compre este producto y todo ha marchado muy bien, si se calienta un poco nada más en algunos ciclos, pero todo bien y sobre la pantalla al paso del tiempo se podría percibir que un futuro tendería a quedar un poco flojo, ya que con algún movimiento algo brusco si se baja la pantalla, pero muy mínimo y en cuanto al sistema, muy rápido no se traba para nada y se puede trabajar super a gusto.
