Better than the new fluidmaster rubber one
I bought at first Fluidmaster "Better than Wax" rubber seal that was advertised to fit any drain, including when the toilet flange above the floor. Flouidmaster made my toilet wobbly and did not secure well. I bought this old school wax and it works fine and the toilet bowl is secured and sturdy!

Tried one of the fancy new style rings and ended up buying this old standard as it just works and is much cheaper.

I tried 4 different fancy pants rubber seals since this seemed like caveman tech to me. New flange installed directly on top of finished floor. NONE of them worked. After wasting all that time and losing a flange bolt down the drain I slapped this thing on and set the toilet. No leaks. No rocking. I was lost but now I’m found

Simple is fine
In my experience plastic funnels and foam spacers don’t add anything. Be aware of thickness. This one is standard for a correctly spaced toilet flange. If your flange is recessed below the floor surface, make sure you get the thick one.

Excellent product but STOP shipping it in bags!
Amazon needs to ship these in boxes, not bags. Mine came slightly damaged but still usable.
