What a fabulous book! So great to find a plant based book with authentic Indian food. The recipes have been totally yummy so far.

I love this book. I have been a huge fan of the author for quite some time and love the great inspiration. The recipes are wonderful. Inspiring, thoughtful and all very healthy. I grew up in the Midwest with no Indian cuisine and now it is my all time favorite.

Stunning. Delicious. Perfect. What a true celebration of Indian cuisine! This cookbook is fully plant based so it’s a great way to modify your home cooking in a healthful way. The photography is just spectacular and has been done entirely by the Author himself! Plant-Based India is a must-have cookbook for all generations! I loved it so much and highly recommend you to buy for yourself, friends and family!

From the photographs and binding to the references, indexes, and format of the recipes, this book is clearly a labor of love. Furthermore the recipes promise delicious food without feeling overwhelmingly difficult. Granted some are more complex than others. Well worth the price.
