If I could would have for sure rated negative .Advise:- Clear cut go with Napkro whey it’s genuine.Meanwhile here this brand Absolute Fitness(Nobel Whey) is running out a scam, currently there are even many top genuine YouTube channels (like Trustified , Core Fit Lab e.t.c) who have exposed this product with proof of lab reports.Details:- It’s composition is no where near a whey protein and more towards a mass gainer meaning it contains high amounts of carbs and very low amounts of protein in context to whey protein category and also contains additional sugars which are not mentioned here in ingredients list but if you are to put it in KMnO4 sol (be careful) it will show flames meaning there is sugar (as in similar to what we buy from market) composition of this product is so bad that it’s 100gm is worse than 100gm of Roasted Grams (Chana) at least we know it’s just chana and sometimes with some masala and chana 100 gm at most cost ₹180 .So don’t waste you money here there are better and genuine options in this price range ₹1300-₹2000 like Napkro , Atoms and even Muscle blaze beginners protein is better than this crap e.t.c
