I had high hopes
Bissell just doesnāt cut the mustard unfortunately. This is my second device in less than 2 months and it also has issues. The first one ran once then sat on the floor with an unidentified error and would never restart. The second one āworksā but even when it makes its way back to the charging dock, the one brush continues to spin indefinitely. So I have to turn device all the way off which means I canāt put it on a timer to start on its own because it has to be power completely off for the brush to stop spinning.Iāll stick to my iRobot Roomba devices.

I loved it, it wasn't perfect, but now I don't
I bought this item from another store in Sept 2022. I have never had a robot vacuum, let alone a 2 in 1 vacuum/mop. When I first got it, the vacuum was pretty good. We have two cats, one large short haired dog, three angora rabbits that live on a porch. The first week and filled up several times and then it ran on schedule every night for about a month. Pros are it works pretty well, it's sleek and low profile, so it goes under furniture, it does multi-surface floors and mops! Oh boy! the kitchen is the main floor that gets disgusting because it's light and we drop things on it all the time. The app to run the robot is easy and sufficient. The cons are it doesn't map your home, it struggles getting on and off different level floors, it doesn't move back and forth, but some other weird strategy that takes forever. If you pick it up to get it unstuck, it starts over again. I didn't use the mop a lot, but one day, it stop spraying. I tried cleaning all the sensors and flushing the robot with warm water, but now it just gives me an error that it's on an unexpected surface and please place it on a hard surface. I called Bissell, I buy a lot of their products because I have pets and I have had great experiences with other products. They told me the warranty for this device expired, even though it did not go to the 1 year warranty. I know it was being discontinued with a newer model, but the didn't take any responsibility or offer a solution. The local place that is authorized to repair their products does not work on computers driven products such as the robot. I have escalated my issue and I'm waiting for a response. With Thanksgiving break, it's been about a week and a half.
