Straight forward utility. It does what it's supposed to and the adjustable height was really useful. We had to lower mom's bed recently to make it easier for her to get in and out. We just adjusted the height on this to match and avoided having to buy a different one for the lower height.

I ordered this because this because my mother-in-law was coming home after surgery the next day this said it was next day delivery. The entire next day it said it would be delivered that day. I did not get it until four days later. That being said, when I did get it, it was a tremendous help. Takes up no room, is not in the way, very stable and provides the help she needs.

Needed a bedside rail option for an elderly parent who had broken their hip and after discharge from rehab, needed something at home. Product delivered quickly. Assembly instructions could be better, maybe put labels on each part like A, B, C and so on. Then the instructions would be to insert part B into part A and that would make it easier to follow. Someone who ordered one of these without a good mechanical ability might be confused. After assembling it, we took over to the parent and was easy to slide between the mattress and box springs. The nice and wide rubber feet give it great stability once you adjust the height. It's really a good quality product and should last a very long time. I recommend this product if need a bedside rail for someone.

This product was purchased for my 92 year old father in law, it gives us peace of mind knowing that he will not accidently fall out of bed at night, and provides a way for him to pull himself up during his therapy sessions. The instructions are a little vague, however, the unit isn't complicated and between the written instructions and photos, assembly isn't hard.

This rail was quite easy to install. It has really helped a family member get out of bed who otherwise had a very difficult time doing so. Very happy with ease of use and quality.

Works good very stable. I like the suction cup legs although they also send you a option of the rubber stoppers goes a long ways under the bed so it makes it more secure for the person using it. I like it.
