They taste to nice . I find it difficult Not to eat them all . So I'm going back to my not so moreish ones.

I was so suprised that these work so well as I was very sceptical. The second day of using them I realised half way through that I hadn’t got hungry yet and was confused untill I realised it was down to these. I also found that after eating I was less bloated which made me feel a lot better. They make dieting so much easier so I totally recommend.

The only comment I have just now is they are tasty! Maybe I’ve not taken them for long enough to reap any benefits, only time will tell

I tried them for weight control .but prefer to take cider apple vinegar with the mother.

I have tried a few different apple cider vinegar gummies and these are by far my favorite. They taste great. Definitely help ease stomach discomfort. I would not recommend going over the suggested amount but using them as suggested worked Great.
