I received an absolutely original product packaged beautiful and it was delivered on the original date given. As for the product I have an extremely dry skin and usually using face washes dries out my skin even more but this one did not dry out my skin in fact it made it feel fresher. It has very mild sent and that is why it does not irritate the skin it. it is paraben free and suits even sensitive skin all in all and absolute keeper of a product. Must buy
