Handy and handsome
If you get as tired as I do hunting for a clean and right-sized lid for leftovers from lunch, you may rejoice in this product. As long as your storage container is round, these lids hug it as tightly as a long-lost love. Maybe I am too easily amused, but I couldn’t get over the way the flat disc sealed on contact. I also liked the fact that I could wash and reuse rather than throw away. The colors are nice too. One caution: the smallest lids don’t adhere firmly to pet food cans and they can collect the kind of free floating fur that plagues multi-quadruped households.

Worth the money
These creat a suction easily are microwave safe. I use them when cooking for a lid without a vent. A cover to prevent splatter in the microwave and a cover for dishes on the table. They are dishwasher safe and last for years

Delivered late, overpriced and with environmentally abusive packaging
These lid were delivered from the GIR company 5 days late. I got sucked into buying them because they had very good reviews from ATK. They came with an apparently non recyclable plastic sleeve instead of cardboard. Strange for a company that claims to get it right. They seem flimsy and definitely not worth the price. Still trying to decide if I will keep them. It would not buy them again. The smallest size is particularly worthless.

Useful in a busy kitchen
I use one or the other of these pretty much every day, usually the largest one. Mostly for covering things in the microwave. I had been using cling wrap, which works OK — although sometimes food with high liquid content will boil up out from under it, so I often tied the wrap to the bowl with a large rubber band. With these little doodads, I just slap it on the bowl and shove it in the microwave. They too will occasionally spill up and out, but much less often. It beats tearing off cling wrap and fastening it carefully to a bowl and maybe adding that rubber band — when I'm in a hurry and may have wet or mucky hands.

Who Knew ?
I never knew these existed. They are great for cooking & great for the environment. I saw them on a cooking show & went immediately to Amazon to buy these. This brand & these sizes are perfect. Instead of wasting plastic wrap & paper towels to cover bowls & coffee cups in the microwave, I use these. Just give them a quick wash after use & they're ready for the next task. I highly recommend them.

They Really Work!!
I have always used paper towel or wax paper when microwaving food in a lidless container. Saw these on Americas Test Kitchen and decided to give them a try. They work great! Different sizes are able to cover most sizes of container. No splatter so no additional cleanup needed. The lids are easy to clean, and they don't retain any food smells. Highly recommend! Thanks, GIR, ATK and Amazon!!

Great for covering bowls, but how do you store them? A pain to wash, and overpriced
I love these - they eliminate the need for plastic wrap almost entirely. Brilliant idea. Thing is, I have a small kitchen - where do you keep them?? This is actually a perplexing issue for someone with a tiny kitchen. Someone with tons of drawers could perhaps dedicate a drawer to them. I have two drawers. Two. And one is only 5" wide. I ended up storing these on top of my glass mixing bowls. No other option really makes sense. Also, the smaller ones can go in the top rack on the dishwasher, but the larger ones are too big and floppy for the dishwasher, which means hand-washing is the only option. These were highly recommend by ATK, and I am usually pretty happy with their recommendations. Overall I am happy enough, but I wish these were priced more appropriately. For something this expensive, I feel they should absolutely come with a slim plastic case for storage. For what you get, these are very overpriced. There are other off-brands available, and I might suggest you check them out - for half the price.
