Installed this as ambient/accent lighting in my 1983 T3 Vanagon Westfalia.There's plenty if you just want to go down both sides of the interior, but it's about 450mm short to go all the way down both sides of the rear cabin and across the top of the rear hatch.I installed it on interior lip of the inverted "U" shape (where the hinges for the pop top attach) on the surface facing out. This gave imperceptibly less light as opposed to mounting it horizontally, facing down. This affords the added benefit of never looking at the light directly, which not only looks better but doesn't create a jarring effect to the eye.This essentially creates a nearly invisible light source and still lights up the rear cabin completely.I'm likely going to install an adjustable dimmer so that there's no glare in the rear view mirror while driving.I tested it and it stays illuminated down to 10.3v. At this level it creates a nice glow that still reaches the floor.Adheres very very well and feels very strong.I'll add photos/video, soon.Excellent value for the money!

Good brightness. The strip can be cut almost any where for the desired length. The solder joints are coated so gently scrape away the glue. I used flux to assist with soldering. I cut four lengths for a shelf unit and it provides a nice even illumination.

The 24v green lights are so incredibly bright omg it was almost too bring but I was able to make them work great. Definitely recommend the 24v works great for my theater on stage but maybe go with the 12v version if you are using them for your home projects. Very easy to hardwire!

Perfect low profile light. Can fit in a 1/4" groove. One pass with router and instant recessed lights under any shelf. Great for displays and case builds.

Got the 12v 5mm ones. Great led strip. Cuttable about every inch. VERY bright. Almost got the 8mm because I needed them bright but the 5's are almost too much. Adhesive is ok but not if you're bending them a weird way like i was. I used a tacky line roll and it worked great. And I still have like 14 feet left. Idk what to do with it

Our old led accent lights behind our sinks were on the fritz, so we ordered these to replace them. I’m extremely satisfied with the results. They are really spot on for a 2700k and the cri really makes colors pop. You can see how far tape lights have come when you look at the difference between the glow behind the sinks and the glow from the toe kick (which were a 2700k old style with the lights every 3 inches). Needless to say, I will also be replacing the remaining lights with these.Quick update with before and after of the toe kick lights. You can see the old ones were throwing some green undertones, and the new ones (second photo) are very even and even photograph nicely.Update 2: Ordered a 3rd set of these because I love them so much. I’m just going to swap out all of my accent lighting with these.

Bright as my other strips, 3M backing but the cut lines are about an inch apart. Solid strip and would buy again.

Very bright near power source, but will fade significantly beyond 2m or so. I suspect this is because of the current needed to drive that many LEDs, and the size of the traces on the ribbon.Cut lines are difficult to spot, but once you understand what you're looking for, they're very common and close together, allowing very detailed lengths. Solder pads are tight (as expected for such a small ribbon), but very usable. Just be aware they're on the bottom, and you'll need to scrape off the adhesive before soldering (also comes with pre-soldered wires on both sides).Biggest issue is that the ribbon is not continuous, but appears to be spliced together every 18 inches or so. While the pieces line up very well, the top material is not 100% continuous, and there are very small solder bumps on bottom.
