This restaurant and make yourself sauces been favorites of family 5 decades. Seems a bit expensive but alot cheaper than a trip to Canada to buy and bring home. No other sauces taste like these. This hot chicken sandwhich is flavorful, spicy but not hot spicy as hot or chili peppers. If you're not familiar with this gravy mix, it's very good on potatoes, mashed, peas, carrots with your chicken. We used on Texas toast, lightly toasted or grilled w butter, mushrooms added. Will buy again and other St. Hubert.
